Blend2 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup each plain yogurt and milk, 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, a pinch of cinnamon. Feel free to skip the honey as bananas are often sweet enough on their own.
Blend 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup each plain yogurt and milk or juice, 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup.

Blend 1 1/2 cups frozen orange juice, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup whole milk (or 1 cup total half and half in place of cream and milk), 2 - 3 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Blend 2 cups cooled coconut water, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 peeled and pitted avocado, 1/2 cup fresh kale, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 fresh or frozen banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon almond butter, add water as needed to blend easily.
